Profile
Professor Frens joined the department in 2000, having taught for two years at Northwestern College. Before that, he did graduate work at Indiana University in Programming Languages and High Performance Computing.
Since coming to Calvin, his interests have shifted to Programming Languages and Agile Software Development. During the Fall 2006 semester, he held an externship at Atomic Object on agile software development. He is presently working on using agile techniques in our Programming Languages course.
